Responsibilities may include:

Conceptualize and implement automated marketing campaigns
Development of graphic and video content to support marketing objectives
Management of multiple social media channels
Assist in publication of internal and external communications
Assist in updating and managing multiple websites
Assist in managing Salesforce data
Research and qualify leads
Assist in sales support and administrative duties when required

Requirements:

Degree in marketing or related field (equivalent work experience considered)
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and WordPress
Experience with project management software
Experience with Salesforce
Willingness to obtain a Pardot certification
Willingness to obtain Google Adwords Certification

Responsibilities

  • Familiarizing yourself with the TRA’s vision and mission, and actively seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives and represent the brand.
  • Participating in (and/or leading) new business plans/pitches. • Responsible for hunting/prospecting and closing business at all revenue levels across assigned territory.
  • Educating and developing prospects, working with them throughout the sales process as needed.
  • Building a network; researching prospective clients through the use of web/social media, internal databases and external tools to identify leads.
  • Actively utilizing persuasive verbal and written communications skills, analytical thinking, keen human behavioral instincts, and interpersonal dynamics.
  • Representing the agency at relevant networking opportunities to raise the visibility of the TRA brand.
  • Overseeing negotiations and ensures pricing, profitability, operation, contract, and on-boarding requirements are achieved.
  • Working closely with agency leadership to confirm roles on differing engagements to ensure appropriate rapport is developed with clients.
  • Supporting and participate in strategic TRA marketing initiatives.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
  • Documenting client interaction and/or prospecting efforts through the use of a CRM.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years relevant work experience in business development or similar field preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and deliverables while managing multiple requests concurrently.

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to help develop, execute, and optimize inbound and outbound digital marketing campaign strategy. As part of a dynamic and fast-paced brand marketing team, you will have the opportunity to shape programs to build our managed brands and drive demand.

Essential Functions

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing including web, email, social media, and online advertising campaigns
  • Manage, create, and execute social media campaigns to drive awareness, increase social presence and create demand where necessary.
  • Produce social copy for all channels using appropriate techniques and language relevant to each platform
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) utilizing analytical tools to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Manage our client marketing automation platforms (HubSpot & Pardot) for all email communication, lead scoring and customer journey
  • Evaluate existing web pages and collaborate with both internal team and clients to improve structure, design, messaging, and SEO
  • Brainstorm new and creative digital marketing campaigns to increase demand and awareness
  • Collaborate and assist in other areas of marketing such as events and PR when needed

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5+ years’ experience in B2B digital marketing
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audience and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Have demonstrated experience developing paid acquisition campaigns and managing advertising budgets
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and integration to CRM tools for full view of buyer and customer journey
  • Have experience with B2B advertising on Google AdWords, YouTube, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager for awareness, engagement, and conversion
  • Solid understanding of web metrics, and digital analytics to evaluate content performance to guide future creative decisions and strategies
  • Experience with measuring and reporting on performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Experience with WordPress, HubSpot/Pardot and Google Analytics
  • SEO experience directly or indirectly implementing website improvements
  • Design experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)

Responsibilities:

Client Journey Optimization:

Analyze the client journey across various touchpoints and identify areas for improvement to enhance overall satisfaction and brand loyalty. Utilize creative and InTRApreneurial thinking to develop personalized and innovative client interactions that resonate with clients. Actively seek feedback from clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities to help them grow their businesses.

Managing the TRA Engage Platform:

Oversee the day-to-day management of the TRA Engage platform, including content creation, automation workflows, and data analysis. Collaborate with the digital marketing specialist to integrate client data from the TRA Engage platform with other marketing automation tools for a comprehensive view of the client journey. Leverage the capabilities of the TRA Engage platform to provide valuable insights to clients and team members, supporting their growth and development.

Client Engagement and Satisfaction:

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their needs are understood and met. Utilize agile and innovative approaches to client engagement, continually seeking new ways to enhance the client experience. Support clients in identifying growth opportunities, leveraging data from the TRA Engage platform to inform strategic decisions.

Client Feedback and Insights:

Gather and analyze client feedback and insights from the TRA Engage platform to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for service improvement. Embrace a Growth Oriented mindset, using feedback to learn and improve strategies for delivering exceptional client engagement experiences. Share valuable insights with team members to help them grow in their roles and improve the overall client experience.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with the growth advisory team to align client engagement strategies with business growth objectives. Partner with the brand marketing manager and digital marketing specialist to ensure consistent messaging and seamless client interactions through the TRA Engage platform.

Work with team members across departments to identify and implement opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Training and Development:

Develop and conduct training sessions for internal teams on effectively utilizing the TRA Engage platform to enhance client experiences. Provide mentorship and support to team members, helping them develop their skills and achieve their career goals. Encourage a growth mindset among team members, promoting continuous learning and self-improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in client engagement management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional client engagement experiences and building strong client relationships.
  • Experience in managing CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
