When you hear someone talk about culture, what pops into your mind? Hopefully, it isn’t the image of the infamous break room ping-pong table. Hopefully I’m not the first one to say this but culture is not a ping-pong table but one of the most important elements to any business because it transcends revenue reports, financial audits and all the other painful exercises businesses must execute to have any idea of what is going on with their company at any one given moment.
Culture is more important than any product or service that you offer because all of those things are intrinsically affected by the healthiness of your culture.

It means, you don’t own your brand the market does and all you can do is be a good steward of the promises you make on the back of your brand’s name.
So when is the last time you talked about how your culture is affecting your brand?
